3. Click the toggle for “Password.”

4. Type your new password.

Enter a password that is at least 8 characters with both letters and numbers or a 15-letter long password.

Re-type the password in the “Confirm your new password” field. This will confirm your new password.

After locking a page in Notion, people without access to it won’t be able to edit anything. However, you can still share it with a select few — as long as you give them access.

2. Type the emails of the people you’re granting access to your Notion page.

Click “Down” to the right of the person’s email. Then select any of the following access options:

  • Full Access (Editing and sharing of the Notion page is allowed)
  • Can Edit (Editing is allowed but not sharing)
  • Can Comment (Viewing and commenting but not editing are allowed)
  • Can View (Editing and sharing not allowed)
  • Remove (Removes the person’s access from the Notion page)

The access you selected will then have a checkmark on its right side.

4. Choose the people who can access your Notion page.

Select the “Down” button of the “Invite Only” button to open its dropdown menu. You’ll then see three options.

  • Invite only (only those invited to the Notion page can access it)
  • Anyone with the link at [name of Notion page] Notion (workspace members and anyone invited to it can access the page)
  • Everyone at [name of Notion page] Notion (all members of the workspace can search and access the page)

Again, the option selected will have a checkmark on its right side.

5. Click the “Copy link” button.
